Terms and Conditions of Vuelos Caribe Corp as Resellers of Cruises

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Vuelos Caribe Corp and our customers concerning the sale of cruises as authorized resellers. By purchasing or reserving a cruise through our agency, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Definitions

  • Reseller: Vuelos Caribe Corp, acting as an intermediary between the customer and the cruise line.
  • Customer: The individual purchasing or reserving a cruise through Vuelos Caribe Corp.
  • Cruise Line: The company operating the cruise, responsible for maritime transport and onboard services.

3. Scope of Services Vuelos Caribe Corp acts solely as an intermediary and does not operate cruises. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the cruise reservation between the customer and the cruise line. All onboard services, itineraries, and cancellation policies are subject to the terms set by the specific cruise line.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Reservations can be made through our website www.vueloscaribe.com, by phone (786) 865-5615, or at our physical office at 1665 W 68th St Ste 105 Hialeah, FL 33014.
  • Cruise payments can be made in full or in installments, depending on the options provided by the cruise line and the payment terms established.
  • Reservation confirmation is subject to receiving full payment or a deposit as outlined in the purchase agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms imposed by the cruise line, which vary depending on the itinerary and departure date. Vuelos Caribe Corp is not responsible for any penalties or additional charges imposed by the cruise line due to cancellations or changes. We recommend reviewing the cruise line’s policies carefully before making a purchase.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding Yacht Club & World Cruise)

CRUISES 4 NIGHTS or Less:
  • Cancel 74-51 days prior to departure: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 50-31 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 30-16 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 15-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*
CRUISES 5-14 NIGHTS:
  • Cancel 89-61 days prior to departure: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 60-46 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 45-16 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 15-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*
CRUISES 15 NIGHT and More
  • Cancel 109-61 days prior to departure: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 60-46 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 45-31 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 30-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR YACHT CLUB & WORLD CRUISES

YACHT CLUB 4 NIGHT or Less:
  • Cancel 51 days or More: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 50-31 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 30-16 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 15-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*
YACHT CLUB 5 Nights and More:
  • Cancel 61 days or More: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 60-46 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 45-16 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 15-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*
WORLD CRUISE:
  • Cancel up to 120 days prior to departure: Deposit Non-Refundable
  • Cancel 119-60 days prior to departure: 25% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 59-15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total fare*
  • Cancel 14-10 days prior to departure: 75% of the total fares*
  • Cancel 09-00 days prior to departure: 100% Penalty*

* EXCLUDING TAXES, FEES & PORT EXPENSES

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with all documentation requirements, such as passports and visas, necessary for the destinations visited during the cruise.
  • The customer is also responsible for adhering to the cruise line's policies regarding onboard conduct, boarding, and disembarkation.

7. Changes and Itineraries The cruise line reserves the right to modify itineraries for reasons that may include weather, operational, or safety conditions. Vuelos Caribe Corp has no control over these decisions and is not responsible for changes in the itinerary.

8. Prices and Fees Prices displayed on our platforms may be subject to change based on the cruise line's availability and dynamic pricing policies. We strive to offer the most accurate prices, but we are not responsible for sudden price changes imposed by the cruise line.

9. Limited Liability Vuelos Caribe Corp is not responsible for accidents, losses, injuries, or inconveniences that may occur during the cruise. Any claims related to such incidents should be directed to the respective cruise line.

10. Travel Insurance Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Vuelos Caribe Corp is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer due to lack of insurance coverage.
