Vuelos Caribe uses the services of PJR Travel as a Tour Operator. When you, as a client, purchase this product, you are subject to the travel policies of PJR Travel.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $350.00 USD per person is required at the time of booking to guarantee your space.

91 days before the departure of the trip, 50% of the tour price must be paid. This balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of a medical condition, it must be consulted with the responsible agent to individually examine if there is any possibility of a refund (not guaranteed).

The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the trip departure date.

At the time of booking, a copy of the passport is required with a minimum validity of 6-9 months after the return date of your trip, and it must have a minimum of 2 blank pages for international stamps.

Visas: Check if an entry visa is required for the destination country according to your nationality (consult with your travel agent or the specific embassy of the destination you are visiting).

Allowed luggage is one carry-on and one suitcase of 50 pounds (23 kilos).

The client is responsible for reading the itinerary they are purchasing before their trip.

PJR TRAVEL is not responsible for flight losses, luggage, and/or any activity at the destination attributable to actions or decisions by the client, such as; delays in arriving at the airport, not meeting documentation and boarding requirements, delays in arriving at scheduled locations at the destination, among others.

Travel insurance: PJR TRAVEL recommends purchasing travel insurance, please consult your travel agent for a quote.
