- Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast around 7:30am.
- Arrival in Key West: We’ll reach Key West by approximately 10:30am.
- Explore Key West: Spend your day exploring with an all-day pass on the Key West Conch Train Tour. Enjoy the flexibility to hop on and off the train as you wish, mixing the guided tour with plenty of free time to discover Key West on your own.
- Return: We will depart from Key West at 5:30pm, with an estimated arrival back in Hialeah around 8:30pm.

Train Stops Include:

2. Definitions.
- Tour: An organized activity that includes transportation, visits to points of interest, and other related services over a specific period.
- Passenger: Any person who has purchased a ticket to participate in the tour.
- Company: Vuelos Caribe Corp, the entity responsible for organizing and executing the tour.
3. Reservations and Payments.
- All reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, or in person at our offices.
- Customers have the option to pay online by securing their spot with a deposit, paying the full amount for the tour, or choosing to pay in installments.
- Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds.

- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will not be refunded.

- If the company cancels the tour, a 100% refund will be issued, or the option to reschedule the tour will be offered.
5. Changes to the Itinerary.
- Vuelos Caribe Corp reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedules, or services offered on the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
- Passengers will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Company Responsibilities.
- We will ensure that all vehicles used are in safe condition and comply with local transportation regulations.
- We will provide trained and experienced tour guides to supervise activities during the tour.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the tour unless negligence on the part of the company is proven.
7. Passenger Responsibilities.
- Passengers must comply with all instructions from Vuelos Caribe Corp staff during the tour.
- Passengers are responsible for arriving on time at the departure and return points. Vuelos Caribe Corp is not responsible for passengers who arrive late and miss transportation.
- Passengers must inform the company of any medical conditions or special requirements before the tour's departure.
8. Luggage and Personal Belongings.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Vuelos Caribe Corp is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the tour.
- It is recommended to carry only what is necessary and avoid bringing valuables.
9. Insurance.
- Vuelos Caribe Corp strongly recommends that passengers purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal accidents. Please consult your travel agent for a quote.
- The company has liability insurance that covers incidents that may occur during the tour, provided it is proven that they were caused by negligence on our part.
10. Code of Conduct.
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules set by Vuelos Caribe Corp and the tour guide during the tour.
- We reserve the right to remove any passenger from the tour who does not comply with these rules or endangers the safety of other passengers.
11. Dispute Resolution.
- Any dispute arising in connection with this policy or the services provided by Vuelos Caribe Corp will be resolved amicably between the parties.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Florida.
